Whether you are new to Yoga or are a seasoned practitioner with specific questions about your practice, one on one private Yoga classes are a great way to go.
I find this forum for connecting with students is one of the most effective ways to deepen ones practice. It allows for the time and space to:

* Work on alignment
* Learn breathing and meditation techniques
