LifeForce Yoga is a practice that is intentionally designed to help with mood management through breath work, simple postures, and meditation techniques. In this 4 week series you will learn practices to energize and reduce feelings of depression and to calm and reduce anxiety.
LifeForce Yoga is a practice of compassion. It helps us to become less ‘stuck’ in our moods and to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness and self acceptance. Through these simple yet profound techniques we will work to create the space within to feel our essence of connection and wholeness. LifeForce Yoga is adapted to the student, so each individual can move into a balanced emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and well being. This practice is perfect for beginners and for those who have done Yoga before.
