Learn the foundation of a solid, safe, dynamic vinyasa (flow) practice through alignment, core awareness and breathing techniques. Understand the basic principles of sun salutes and how this is the cornerstone of every vinyasa practice. Also discussed will be the fundamentals of standing poses, backbends, twists and inversions. This series in recommend to everyone who practices or thinks that they might like to practice vinyasa yoga.
