Director: Sofi Dillof
Assistant: Julia Howe Sullivan
Faculty: Emily Garrett, Simon Park, Kreg Weiss, Lida Winfield, Ben Williams, Martha Whitney, Deb Sheerer and more.
The training includes three parts:
Part I Teaching From Your Center: Fine tune group class teaching skills
Part I requires that you teach a six week yoga series. If you are already teaching a weekly yoga class this will suffice. We will meet monthly and discuss the observations, questions, joys and challenges that arise during your teaching. We believe that having a mentor while you are teaching is an invaluable tool towards growth.

Part II Working One on One

You will also be responsible for creating a class themed around your talk. We will practice and discuss speaking with confidence, theming classes, creating a message that relates to your students, and using stories to engage your audience.
