This Bow Down Yoga Podcast is an hour and ten minute class with breath work, chanting and asana.
LifeForce Yoga® is a practice of compassion that helps us to become less ‘stuck’ in our moods and to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness and self acceptance.
Through breath work, sound repetitions, simple postures, and relaxation techniques LifeForce yoga empowers us to take control of our more difficult moods. In this 4 week series you will learn practices which energize and reduce feelings of lethargy and depression as well as practices which calm, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
Through these simple yet profound techniques we will work to create the space within to feel our essence of connection and wholeness. LifeForce Yoga is adapted to the student, so each individual can move into a balanced emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and well being. This practice is perfect for beginners and for those who have done Yoga before.
