You will also be responsible for creating a class themed around your talk. We will practice and discuss speaking with confidence, theming classes, creating a message that relates to your students, and using stories to engage your audience. “I have been teaching vinyasa yoga for over 15 years to hundreds of students andI am all too familiar with watching people, rush, struggle, and move there bodies in compromising ways in their yoga practice. This, in combination with my belief that vinyasa yoga empowers people, moment by moment, breath by breath, to move beyond there limited beliefs of who they are and step into the lives in a a new and more empowered way, inspired me to teach this 6 week series.” - Sofi Dillof
